Dr. Benjamin Knebel has been practicing as an attorney at Clayston since 2021. From 2016 to 2019, he served as research associate at the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure (Prof. Dr. Dr. Milan Kuhli) at the University of Hamburg.
His practise focuses on criminal defense, with particular emphasis on white-collar and tax criminal law. Dr. Knebel represents private individuals with commitment and legal precision – from the investigative stage through trial proceedings to appeals. In addition, Dr. Knebel advises in proceedings requiring internal corporate investigations and on risk-appropriate responses to identified issues.
Furthermore, Dr. Knebel advises our clients on civil litigation matters.
