Volkhard Neumann has been advising clients on corporate and tax law for more than 25 years. He is also well known for his practical expertise in banking and capital markets law, particularly in the issuance of investment products under the KAGB, VermAnlG, and WpPG.
For many years, Volkhard Neumann has been regularly appointed as a mediator to resolve disputes between shareholders and/or managing directors in companies of all sizes and in various organizations, as well as disputes concerning assets. He is a certified business mediator and licensed as Mediator BM® by the German Federal Association for Mediation.
