Mirco Schroeter is a tax consultant and chartered accountant and an expert in all fiscal matters. Especially annual audits are his passion. In over 20 years of his business practice, he augmented his experience in all kinds of areas, be it statutory or voluntary audits, or be it single company or group of companies’ audits. His competencies encompass the audit of financial statements, audits according to the Broker and Contractor Ordinance (“Makler- und Bauträgerverordnung”), audits under the Packaging Act (“Verpackungsgesetz“), as well as counseling in the context of brokering assets based on sales brochures.
