Dr. Benjamin Knebel

Dr. Benjamin Knebel is a lawyer at CLAYSTON and advises both private individuals and companies primarily on issues of white-collar crime and compliance. In addition, he advises our clients in the areas of corporate succession and corporate litigation. From 2016 to 2019, Dr. Knebel worked at the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law including its international and historical references (Prof. Dr. Dr. Milan Kuhli) at the University of Hamburg. There, he recieved his doctorate in law (Dr. jur.) in 2021.
