Dr. Mohammad Shamsaei is specialized in corporate, international investment, and financial law.
In the years 1980-85, Dr. Mohammad Shamsaei served as a judge at the Iranian Ministry of Justice in Civil and Commercial Courts.
In the years 1986-1991, he continued his studies in the field of international investment and commercial law in England. Since 1991, Dr. Mohammad Shamsaei, as the member of the scientific board of the universities, has been teaching international economic law and international contract law at the Ph.D. level, along with running an international law office representing international clients through international law firms in England, Germany & Switzerland.
In addition to litigation before State Courts, Dr. Mohammad Shamsaei has participated in various arbitration panels.
He has also published many articles on various investment and economic issues. His two books in the area of international transfer of technology and economic law are considered as reference books by the law society.
Dr. Mohammad Shamsaei speaks English fluently and he is familiar with the Arabic language.
