Dr. Thomas Borer

As a former Ambassador of Switzerland to Germany and Head of the Task Force "Switzerland - Second World War", Dr. Thomas Borer is well known far beyond Swiss borders.

Due to his high profile, Dr. Borer enjoys privileged access to most decision-makers in the public, private and media sectors and has an unparalleled private network in Germany and Switzerland with large international corporations and their executives. Dr. Borer has been working as a strategic consultant for over 18 years and holds national and international mandates in the fields of public affairs, business development, and private equity.

Dr. Borer knows the practice in government, parliament, administration, supervisory authorities, and international organizations up close from his 20-year diplomatic career.

Maximilian Carl Friede

Maximilian Carl Friede was born in Hamburg, Germany in 1992. He moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2007 and a few years later to the Netherlands where he attended the University of Groningen BSc Economics. He transferred and finished his Bachelor's degree in Management, Art History, and Germanic Studies in Switzerland with distinction.

Mr. Friede co-founded several financial, technology, and non-profit companies. After managing a few investment portfolios, Mr. Friede spent his professional career in private banking, consulting, asset management, and financial controlling. Between 2020-2022 Maximilian studied at Harvard University for his Master's Degree and took courses at Harvard Business School, DCE, and Harvard Medical School. He was a part-time graduate student in Biomedicine at the Stanford School of Medicine and the Stanford School of Engineering and also attended a MSc program at Oxford University.

Mr. Friede now lives in Zurich, where he runs various private investment companies that also focus on PE and VC.

Jürgen Schlebrowski

Mr. Schlebrowski started his career at Procter & Gamble, last position Division Manager Sales Personal Care. Subsequently, he held senior management positions with national and international responsibility, including Vice President Pepsi Cola North America and Pepsi Cola International (Central Europe), General Manager NIKE International (Central Europe), Member of the Executive Board of Herlitz Holding AG, Regional Director of Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG (CCEAG), Managing Director of Steilmann Group. Mr. Schlebrowski has profound experience in restructuring and turnaround management.

Inrecent years, he has worked mainly as CEO/GF in the healthcare market (medical treatments and medical technology). He has a particularly excellent network in consumer goods, fashion, sports, retail, healthcare, and medical technology. Outside his professional commitments, he was, among other things, Chairman of the Supervisory Board (1999-2001) and President (2003-2004) of 1. FC Union Berlin (German Football Bundesliga) and member of the Supervisory Board of btx-Group, Denmark (2005-2007). He was also a lecturer at the London Business School and University of Mainz (Germany).

Charles Tissier

Charles Tissier was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte before he became Partner in a Basel-based auditing and tax consulting company. He is a certified public accountant in a specialization in auditing national and international companies according to OR, Swiss GAAP, FER, and IFRS. He also has many years of experience in consulting non-profit organizations according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER, corporate due diligence, business valuation, management consulting, and international tax.
